SERVANT’S HEART MINISTRY
We Build to Serve.
Our mission
Servant’s Heart Ministry is a non-profit construction organization that seeks to model Christ’s example of serving others to improve the quality of life in under-resourced communities through renovation projects and trades training and mentorship.
Our Vision
We want to see organizations equipped to meet the needs of their community, individuals empowered to use their skills to serve others, and communities working together in building towards a better future.
Renovation Projects
We partner with local non-profits by meeting their construction-related needs, equipping them to continue to serve their neighbors and expand their work in the community.
Workmanship Program
Servant’s Heart’s trades training and mentorship program offers students an introductory trades education taught by experienced tradesmen and a hands-on experience that gives students exposure to what each trade’s career looks like.
1 IN 4
Nearly 1 in 4 construction workers are older than 55, retirements will continue to whittle away at the construction workforce.
40%
Over 40% of the current U.S. construction workforce is expected to retire over the next decade.
650,000
About 650,000 workers are currently missing from the construction industry. Construction backlogs are now at a 4-year high.
CORE VALUES
Intentionally meet people where they’re at with no agenda except to serve them and build relationships.
LOVE
Come alongside organizations and, supporting their vision, complete necessary projects to equip them in their mission.
empower
Provide individuals with tangible skills and experience that equip them to succeed in the trades and be servants in the community.
train
Humbly show up with a heart for others and a willingness to take on whatever needs done, giving our best to lovingly impact the community.

OUR HISTORY
“I’ve been with Servant’s Heart since back when it was just a bunch of guys with their trucks, tools, tents, and our biggest resource —the volunteers— spending our weekends helping people. Now it’s grown into this wonderful thing with the trade school and so much more. It’s been amazing to see God work. And to see that the original goal of serving others is still the heartbeat of this organization. All welcome always.”
