THE ORGANIZATION:
City Relief is a mobile outreach offering people experiencing poverty and homelessness hot meals, supplies, and connections to resources for housing, employment, and health care. These connections change people’s lives.
THE PROJECT:
City Relief needed a new headquarters. They had a building in Clifton, but it needed a lot of work. Enter Servant’s Heart. We worked together with them (and our volunteers!) to completely redesign and renovate their new location. The project included kitchens, offices, prep and storage areas, bathrooms and handicap access.
We are very happy to report that our friends at City Relief moved in to their new headquarters mid-November. This was a huge project, and we are honored to have played our part to equip this ministry to better serve the unhoused and poverty-stricken in local communities.
